Workplace Training
Better management. Better performance.
Better understanding. Better performance outcomes.
Many organisations have talented neurodivergent employees. The challenge isn’t recognising that neurodivergence exists – it’s knowing how to create an environment where people can consistently perform at their best.
My training helps managers understand how ADHD, autism, executive functioning, masking, and cognitive load show up in everyday work.
Managers don’t need to become experts in autism, ADHD or dyslexia but they need to be able to understand potential frictions and barriers for neurodivergent team members. They also need to have some practical strategies in their toolkit to be able to support these members of their team.
Unclear expectations, assumptions about motivation, ineffective communication and poorly managed competing demands can contribute to delays, rework and inconsistent performance.
My training helps managers become aware of the patterns of ADHD, autism and dyslexia at work by outlining the differences, e.g. in task initiation, prioritisation, time management and communication and they will gain insight about practical approaches to workplace performance.
Managers will be able to:
- Spot the patterns of neurodivergence
- Recognise possible barriers to performance
- Identify practical ways to reduce unnecessary friction
- Set clearer priorities and expectations
- Have more effective performance conversations
- Maintain standards while adapting how work is managed

Stronger management capability can lead to improved workplace practices, more consistent employee performance and better organisational outcomes.
Potential organisational benefits:
- Improved productivity
- Stronger management capability
- Less avoidable rework and wasted time
- Stronger performance management
- Greater confidence managing neurodivergent employees
- Better retention of skilled employees
My training goes beyond awareness. The focus is practical.
Managers leave with greater confidence, better workplace conversations, and strategies they can apply immediately to support performance and reduce unnecessary barriers.
