What my clients say
With Jana’s knowledge and guidance, my constant struggles as a ‘grown-up’ ADHDer (dealing with emails, task avoidance, time management, prioritising workloads, complete, general overwhelm…) have shifted from relentless uphill battles to manageable.
Jana ‘gets’ how neurodivergent minds work and didn’t try to change how I think. Instead she enabled me to discover why I think the way I do and how to maximise achievement based on my unique skill set. In a short space of time, I’ve transformed from despairing of my inability to ‘adult’ to believing that I can do it.
But the real win has been my improved self-worth and a new ability to recognise my own strengths. I would highly recommend working with Jana.
AP, Creative Agency
I started coaching with Jana during a major transition period in my life, when everything felt uncertain, and I was struggling to organise myself and adjust to a new routine and environment. Through our sessions, I’ve gained clarity, structure, and a real sense of stability—with Jana’s support helping me feel both organised and settled again. I’d describe her coaching as a grounding experience that helps people reorient themselves and move forward with confidence. Jana’s attentive approach and thoughtful guidance have made a genuine difference, giving me the space and direction I needed to navigate change more smoothly.

I wanted to progress my career after feeling I’d reached the ceiling of what I could achieve on my own as an autistic female. My CV and cover letter were consistently getting feedback about being too detail oriented or missing or key information. Jana was endlessly patient and helped me grow techniques to understand what job descriptions were actually asking for and to step back from the details to communicate my bigger picture thinking. I secured my new role and won’t hesitate to contact Jana again whenever I need some extra help navigating the world.
EH, IT Product Manager
As someone who has always “been different” but without any formal diagnosis, and also associated anxiety and depression, I was delighted to find someone who’s specialism was Neurodiversity within the coaching space.
AH, Finance Director
With an undiagnosed Neurodiversity I have never been given formal strategies to help me in employment, education or even life. I fully understand that I often “go off on a tangent” or have 30 thoughts all at once all fighting to get out of my head through my mouth without coming up for air, and for some coaches this can be a little too much and come as a bit of a surprise, however Jana was more than prepared for this making sure we had a defined objective and outcome for each session.
Jana would allow me a certain “length of line” with my ramblings but would always make sure we went back to topic if I started to stray too far for too long which was always done in such a way that in the moment it wasn’t even noticeable.
I found the coaching sessions extremely valuable and would recommend Jana to anyone. I came away with a suite of tools to use as well as useful answers to interview questions that I have historically struggled with.
I’m deeply grateful for the support I received from Jana in the early stages of building my business. She created an exciting and inspiring space that energised me to bring my ideas forward with confidence. Her insightful questions challenged me to look at things from fresh perspectives, helping me gain confidence and momentum. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, inspiring coach who brings out the best in you.
