Neurodiversity Employee Coaching
They’re capable. What’s getting in the way?
You know they’re capable. So what’s getting in the way?
Individual coaching helps neurodivergent employees identify barriers to performance and develop practical strategies to work more consistently.
You may have employees who:
- are consistently late and keep missing deadlines
- produce work of inconsistent output
- have difficulties managing changing priorities
- seem to procrastinate often
- communicate unconventionally resulting in delayed communication, repeated chasing and frequent reworking
But repeatedly addressing the same issues doesn’t seem to resolve them.

One-to-one employee coaching helps the employee:
- understand their working patterns
- identify barriers and frictions
- develop practical strategies that work for their brain and are relevant to their role
- work more consistently
Potential organisational benefits of supporting employees with coaching:
- Fewer disruptions and surprises
- More consistent delivery
- Better task and deadline management
- Better prioritisation and follow-through
- Greater employee independence
- Less avoidable rework and chasing
- Better retention of valuable talent

If you have an employee or employees who might benefit from coaching, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
I work with neurodivergent professionals and organisations to understand what’s happening when work isn’t going as it should and to find practical ways forward.
My approach is about understanding the person, the work and the barriers between them, and helping an individual utilise their unique strengths to find ways and strategies to manage difficult aspects of their job and thereby work more effectively.
This isn’t about fitting everyone into the same system or lowering the bar for performance.
No diagnosis is necessary. Sessions can be held online or in person at your premises if local (please check to confirm).

Why not discuss the situation with me to establish whether coaching could be appropriate.
