To start with, we will arrange a free 30-minute discovery call to have a chat about what support you need and so that you can ask me any questions you may have. This will also give us the opportunity to get to know each other a bit and decide if we can work together.
Following this call, we will book your sessions. You can book a one-off session, though most people derive most benefit from a package of 4 or 6 sessions. Depending on your needs and availability, they can be held weekly, every two weeks or monthly. I have a few evening and Saturday appointments too.
Sessions are 45 minutes long but are scheduled for 1 hour. They are held online (on Zoom) and can be in English or German.
During a session I will provide a safe, calm space just for you and about you, and you will determine what you want to work on. My approach uses elements of Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Transactional Analysis. I will listen carefully and without judgement and ask you questions that will help you gain insights and new perspectives, challenge beliefs that are holding you back and support you in deciding on the next steps to achieve your important goals. You will feel empowered to navigate the challenges you face and make decisions with confidence.
