You’ve probably heard of Coaching, but what exactly is it?

Coaching is very powerful and can be life-changing. It can take you from your current reality to achieving your dream goals. If you don’t know yet what they are, it can help you figure them out too.

It is essentially a conversation, however, rather than talking to a partner, friend or family member, who may impose their own views or influence you to take a certain path, as a coach I don’t have a hidden agenda and I don’t judge or give advice. In a confidential, calm space I listen attentively to you and ask you questions that help you gain insights, new perspectives and clarity; challenge the beliefs that are preventing you from moving forward and offer support to determine your next steps towards your true goals.

This means what you get out of coaching very much depends on the effort you put in as well as on your honesty and openness to change. Apart from the sessions, you can expect to do some work in between sessions too.


If you’re wondering what the difference to therapy is where you also talk to someone… Coaching mainly focuses on the future and actions to take, whereas therapy looks backwards to understand the past.

Coaching is also different from Teaching (I won’t lecture you!), Consulting (I don’t give advice) and Mentoring (if you require Mentoring, we will arrange this separately).
